Rigid Media

For rigid media the company utilizes the efficiencies and performance of Flat Bed printing technology. Flat Bed printers allow print/graphics to be applied directly to metal, foam core, wood, glass, coroplast, gatorfoam, expanded PVC, acrylic, lusterboard, MDO, polystyrene, Xanita board, cardboard, etc. Size of media can be a standard 4’x8’ sheet to a larger custom sheet of 64” maximum printing width. Payload supported is up to 650 pounds at 4 color, 720 dpi or 35 pounds at 6 color, 1200 dpi. The maximum thickness support is one inch.
